Shame on John McCain

I used to regard Sen. John McCain with a deep respect for his time as a serviceman and a prisoner of war.   I had respect for the man for NOT rolling in the gutter along with a lot of other politicians while running for office.   But after this week, that respect is GONE!   I refuse to give my respect to a liar &/or a man that endorses his campaign to tell such outrageous, out and out lies!

If I were given the chance to ask Sen. McCain one question, I would ask him this.   Just when did endorsing out and out lies about your opponent in the Presidential race become something a war hero would engage in?   I don't know how you can look yourself in the mirror, and think that you deserve to be our next president!   We condemn other world leaders that are liars, and yet you think we should elect you to office?

Your campaign falsely accused Sen. Obama of making fun of Gov. Palin.   Then, as if that wasn't bad enough, you accuse Sen. Obama of wanting to teach comprehensive Sex Education to preschoolers, when that is not even close to the truth.   Even the network news has reported the hideous lies your campaign is flailing at the public, expecting us to fall for it. "You can put lipstick on a pig.   But it's still a pig.", a phrase you yourself used when talking about Sen. Clinton's Health policy, become a slam against your running mate?   When you said it, no one accused you of calling Sen. Clinton a pig.   Could it be because we were all using our common sense and knew what you meant?

Anyone with a brain knows that Sen. Obama was referring to your proposed use of the same, tired policies that have been failing this country during the Bush Administration.   We all know he did NOT refer to your running mate, Gov. Palin.
